Returns & Refunds Policy

At Did You Know, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without needing to provide any specific reason for your decision.

The cancellation period lasts for 30 days, beginning from the day you received your goods. Alternatively, if a third party you designated (not including the carrier) takes possession of the product, that date also marks the end of your cancellation window.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement indicating your intent. This can easily be done via email by reaching out to us at info@didyouknow.com.

Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The funds will be returned using the same payment method you utilized for your original order, and you will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement process.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure that your goods are eligible for return, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • The items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Please note that certain items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Goods that have been specifically customized or personalized to your specifications.

  • Items that are perishable or deteriorate quickly, especially those with a limited shelf life.

  • Products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not comply with these conditions, at our sole discretion.

To protect yourself, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured mail service for your return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any goods that are damaged or lost during the return process. A refund will only be issued after we receive the returned goods or have proof of the return delivery.

Gifts

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. After we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you via mail.

If the purchase was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the items shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be processed and sent back to the gift giver.
